Community Manager
Originally from Cleveland, OH, Donna found her home in Atlanta, GA and brings over 25 years of experience in multifamily housing to the team at Abberly Onyx. Donna’s experience and industry tenure is driven by her passion for helping people find the perfect home. She has earned peer and industry recognition for her dedication to excellence. Donna values time spent with her family and grandchildren, and she enjoys travel, acting and the arts – theatre, ballet, symphony, and museums. An evening of family, art and fried sushi would be a sure win!
Phenix Jessup-Searcy
Assistant Community Manager
Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Phenix has worked in multifamily real estate in Atlanta since 2007. She brings a passion for building relationships and drive for lifelong learning to her career at Abberly Onyx. Phenix enjoys friendly competition, which is demonstrated in her sporting hobbies of archery, boxing, and basketball. Phenix’s valued family includes her wife and child, and her fur-family, which includes two dogs and four cats.

Originally from Ecuador, Emerson relocated to Atlanta in 2023. When he’s not hard at work helping our residents, you can find him enjoying some of his favorite pastimes—playing soccer, exploring Asian cuisine and heading out on fun road trips. Emerson is also a serious gamer, with Call of Duty ranking as his all-time favorite.
